| Works Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser or Tenant (WCWa/P&T) This Warranty may be given by a works contractor to a purchaser or tenant of the whole or part of the building(s) comprising the Project which are being or have been carried out under the Management Building Contract (MC).
