CDM Amendment for Pre-2005 Contracts

JCT has issued a CDM Amendment for the following pre-2005 contracts, as these contracts have not yet been published as a 2005 edition. Please click on the links below to download and print the relevant Amendment.

Amendment 2 for the Construction Management Documentation (C/CMA, TC/T and TC/C 2002 Edition)

Amendment 6 for the Management Contract (MC 1998 Edition) and Works Contract Documentation (WKS 1998 Edition)

CDM Regulations

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 come into force on the 6th April 2007 and consequently, JCT has issued Amendment 1 to relevant JCT 2005 contracts to cover the changes made. These Regulations are contained in Statutory Instrument (No 320, 2007). However, an Early Day Motion proposing their annulment will lead to a debate, which in turn, might lead to a vote to revoke the Regulations. Unless this occurs, the Regulations will remain law. If revoked, any actions taken under them between the date they came into force and the date of revocation would stand.
