JCT welcomes delegates and invited guests to the JCT Construction Industry Parliamentary Reception 2025, hosted at the Terrace Pavilion, House of Commons. Join us for one of the highlights of the construction industry calendar!
The JCT Construction Industry Parliamentary Reception celebrates achievement in the built environment and, in particular, the work of JCT's members across the sectors of the industry that contribute to JCT and its success. An occasion to meet colleagues and peers, form new connections, and socialise within the famous surroundings of the Houses of Parliament.
This year we celebrate the work that has been undertaken to produce the latest addition to the JCT suite, the JCT Target Cost Contract (TCC). We will be sharing some information about the contract and the resources available for users who are new to the Target Cost method.
